You should arrive AT LEAST 10 MINUTES BEFORE the time listed as your games start time. Plan time for parking.

Our Worcester location:

is located in the heart of downtown Worcester with a large number of event venues. There are many paid parking options within walking distance.

Our Westborough location:

is located on Rt. 9 with a parking lot for our building.

If you are running late please call to let us know!

Please be advised that your game timer STARTS at the time listed on your reservation! We will do our best to give you the most play time if you arrive late, however, there is a schedule we must go by to ensure the Game Master has plenty of time to clean and reset each room between reservations.

If you arrive AFTER your games start time, you may have a shortened game time. If you arrive more than 10 minutes past your start time Live Action Escapes reserves the right to turn you away without a refund or credit.

Yes! All participants, in any of our activities, are required to fill out our waiver form one time.
There is a QR code in our lobby you can scan upon arrival or you can click here to fill it out in advance. 

Yes (and no). All games that have a locked door also have a second unlocked door in case of an emergency. 

Our games listed as ‘1’ or ‘2’ out of 5 are designed for ages 8 and up. Games listed as ‘3’, ‘4’ or ‘5’ out of 5 are recommended for ages 10 and up. However, we are more than happy to have kids of all ages in any of our games! Please state in the “Let Us Know” section if you will have a child under the age of 6 with you.

• Anyone under the age of 13 MUST be accompanied in the game by a paying adult (over 18).
• Anyone ages 13 – 15 may play our games without an adult in the game, however, an adult (over 18) MUST be on location during the duration of the game. 
• If all players are ages 16+ an adult is not required. 

NOTE: If your group arrives without the required adult, you will be turned away without a refund of credit.

Worcester

We have elevator access as the main entrance to our 3rd floor suite!

Please be advised that the hall where the elevator is located is narrow and larger wheelchairs may not make the turn into the elevator.

*Our restrooms have small stalls, which may not be accessible via wheelchair (old building, small stall)

Westborough

There is elevator access to our 2nd floor suite!

If you arrive under the influence of any altering substance, the Game Master can turn you away without a refund or credit. We will not be responsible for putting you, other players, or our team at risk in any way. 

All sales are final. There are absolutely no refunds, no exceptions. 

This policy is not intended to penalize anyone that is unable to show up for their game. We understand that things happen, however unlike a movie theater or concert, we do not have a hundred other guests waiting for a spot to be available. If you don’t show up, or cancel at the last minute, we generally will not be able to fill that time slot. As a small, family-owned and operated business, this can affect our ability to continue providing the best experience possible for our clientele. 

Our cancellation policy is as follows:
All sales are final. There will be absolutely no refunds, but reschedules are allowed within certain parameters.
You can reschedule your booking:

• • up to 24 hours prior to your event – no additional fee
  • less than 24 hours, but more than 3 hours prior to your event – $20 reschedule fee
  • less than 3 hours prior to your event – $40 reschedule fee
