1-2 Players $34.00 per person
3-8 Players $32.00 per person

Large group discounts are available.

All tickets are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule your game please call us at least 24 hours in advance (508) 753-1856

You should arrive at least 10 minutes before your games start time. If you are running late please call your Game Master to let them know.

Please plan time for parking. We are located in the heart of downtown Worcester with a large number of event venues. There are plenty of paid parking options surrounding us. More details are outlined in your confirmation email. 

If you arrive AFTER your games start time, you may have a shortened game time or be turned away without a refund or credit. 

Please be advised that your games timer STARTS at the time listed on your reservation! We will do our best to give you the most play time if you arrive late, however, there is a schedule we must go by to ensure the Game Master has plenty of time to clean and reset each room between reservations. 

NOTE: If you arrive under the influence of any altering substance, the Game Master can turn you away without a refund or credit. We will not be responsible for putting you, other players, or our team at risk in any way. 

During your reservation process you will be asked to list every players first and last names. By completely your reservation you are confirming that you and everyone listed in your party have read and agreed to the Terms and Conditions as well as the Liability Waiver. 

Yes (and no). All games that have a locked door also have a second unlocked door in case of an emergency.

Our games listed as ‘Easy’ and ‘Moderate’ are designed for ages 8 and up. Games listed as ‘Challenging’ are recommended for ages 10 and up. However we are more than happy to have kids of all ages in any of our games.
When available, Cartoon Takeover! is only for kids 5-9 years old.

Starting October 2023 –

• Anyone under the age of 13 MUST be accompanied in the game by a paying adult (over 18).
• Anyone ages 13 – 15 may play our games without an adult in the game, however, an adult (over 18) MUST be on location during the duration of the game. 
• If all players are ages 16+ an adult is not required. 

NOTE: If your group arrives without an adult, you will be turned away without a refund of credit.

 Will I be solving the game with strangers?

All of our games are now PUBLIC, which means there is a possibility other players may book in the same time slot. They may start off as strangers, but you can meet some awesome people! 

If you would like upgrade to a PRIVATE game (only your party), select the ‘book entire game’ option during your reservation process.

At our new location 415 Main Street we now have elevator access as the main entrance to our 3rd floor suite!

Please be advised that the hall where the elevator is located is narrow and larger wheelchairs may not make the turn into the elevator.
