You should arrive at least 5-10 minutes before your games start time. Please call to notify your Game Master you are here once everyone in your party has arrived.

Please plan for time to park. We are located in the heart of downtown Worcester with a large number of event venues. There are plenty of paid parking options available in the immediate area. More details are outlined in your confirmation email.

If you arrive after the games start time, you may have a shortened game time or be turned away without a refund.
Please be advised that your games timer STARTS at the time listed on your reservation! If you arrive after your start time, you will not have the full 60 minutes.

NOTE: If you show up under the influence of any altering substance, the game master can turn you away without a refund. We will not be responsible for putting you, other players, or our team at risk in any way.

Due to the current pandemic situation, in order to limit the touch surfaces and ensure social distancing policy, we are not requiring a waiver to be signed. However, by making your reservation, you are confirming that you and everyone in your party have read and agreed to the Terms and Conditions as well as the Waiver.

Yes (and no). All games that have a locked door also have a second unlocked door in case of an emergency.

Our games listed as ‘Easy’ and ‘Moderate’ are designed for ages 8 and up. Games listed as ‘Challenging’ are recommended for ages 10 and up. However we are more than happy to have kids of all ages in any of our games.
When available, Cartoon Takeover! is only for kids 5-9 years old.

Anyone under the age of 16 MUST be accompanied by a paying adult. If all players are over the age of 16, an adult over 18 is not required. If your group arrives without an adult, you will be turned away without a refund or credit.

Wednesday, Thursday and Friday are PRIVATE games, which means it will be only those on your reservation in the game with you.
Saturday and Sunday are PUBLIC games, which means if you do not upgrade to a private game, there is the possibility that others may join you.

In order to enter our location, you will have to travel down a set of stairs to our hallway.
When you enter our business’ suit, we are located in a split level. The Lobby and one of our games is located on the bottom floor (down another set of stairs) and two of our games are located on the top floor (up from the lobby stairs, and up another set of stairs).

If anyone in your party requires special accommodations, please let us know in advance. We may offer an alternate entrance and may be able to change the check-in and instructions location to help suit your needs.

Please be advised that you will HAVE TO travel either up or down a small flight of stairs (5-7 steps) to enter any of our games.
