Are Escape Games suitable for kids to play?

Yes, most kids are great at finding a solution! However, they must be accompanied by a paying adult at all times. The Study is suitable for players ages 6 and up. However, the puzzles progress in difficulty. As a result, it is ideal to have several players that are at least age 12 and up.

Will I have to solve the escape room with strangers?

You might! Each escape room is designed for ten players. Our website gives customers the option of purchasing individual tickets or reserving the entire room for a private escape room experience. If you choose not to reserve the entire room, the remaining empty spots in the escape room will be available for purchase online until 20 minutes before the start time of the game. This is because we ask that everyone arrives 15 minutes before the start time of the game so there’s plenty of time to give everyone their game instructions. After all, how can you solve a mystery if you don’t know what you’re doing?

If your group isn’t large enough to fill the entire escape room, don’t worry. It’s not mandatory to fill every spot in the room. We’ve carefully designed all of the puzzles in our rooms to accommodate groups ranging in size from ten people to just two.

If you have more than ten people on your team of investigators, consider booking two rooms in Competition Mode and pitting everyone against each other! We’ll set up two identical rooms and see which half of your group can escape faster.

So yes, it’s possible that you’ll be sharing your experience with people you’ve never met before. However, we find that this leads to excellent teamwork, and customers who enter as strangers often exit as friends. We’ve even seen a group of people solve a room together, exchange phone numbers, and return together to solve more rooms!

Can we book a private game, all to ourselves?

Absolutely! To book the room for a private game just purchase all tickets for the time slot of your game.

How much do your escape rooms cost?

The cost ranges from $27.00 per person for this much (arms open wide) fun!

When should I show up to play?

Please arrive 20 minutes before your scheduled time to sign in, use the restroom, and prepare for your game by listening to the required instructions and signing our waiver. Your game will begin at the scheduled start time. Latecomers can a join game in progress, however, if you arrive 10 minutes past your game clock start time, you’ll be turned away without a refund.

Should I book online or can we just show up?

We strongly recommend reserving tickets for all of the people in your group or booking a private room for your group on our website in advance. While we do our best to accommodate walk-ins, there are many times when all of our rooms are filled to capacity. Please note that the recommended arrival time for our customers is 20 minutes before the start time of the game, in order to allow our Game Masters enough time to give game instructions and answer any questions the group may have.

Our website accepts reservations until 20 minutes before each game’s start time. If the website won’t allow you to book a certain time slot, that means the room is already full at that time.

In Cold Case Investigators, are we really chained to a wall?

Are the rooms scary?

No, we try our best to make the rooms mysterious and sometimes a little creepy but there is nothing dangerous or scary in them.

Do we need any special skills, knowledge or ‘smahts’ to play these Escape Games?

Nope! You only need the ability to search for hidden clues, apply basic logic, open your mind, and have FUN. All the knowledge you need is in the room with you. Each group is given hints along the way, IF they want or need them. You only get a few hints though, so choose wisely!

Are tickets refundable once I’ve booked a room?
